You Are Made To Move
As an experienced Yoga Instructor, my goal is to help your body and mind connect. I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. I listen, reflect and continue to grow as a teacher. Taking time for myself to journal, connect with other like-minded mentors, and continue to develop new content is an important part of my practice. I am a creator evolving through the love of movement. Your body is made to move. Movement is everything. Movement creates energy. Movement creates life. I believe movement will bring you joy and improve the quality of your life mentally and physically. I hope to inspire and encourage you to move and to take the time to nourish your body with yoga.
